statute of limitationsThe Servicemembers Civil Relief Act contains a provision that might permit a cause of action otherwise barred by the statue of limitations.  An interesting article reminds us that the entirety of a servicemember’s military service is tolled for the purposes of computing a statute of limitations and that there is no need to demonstrate hardship “in order to be excused from timely filing a legal action”.  See full article at:
